These terms apply when you order from Desi Junction through our WhatsApp ordering assistant or use this website. By ordering, you agree to them.

The assistant is automated

An AI assistant answers our WhatsApp messages. It can misunderstand you or make mistakes. Check the order it reads back before you confirm, and ask for a person at any time.

Orders

An order is placed only after you confirm it, and it's accepted once we confirm it to you on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item isn't available or we're closed; we'll tell you if we do.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices come from our current menu and can change. Sales tax is added when you pay. You pay when you pick up your order. Pickup times are estimates.

Allergies and dietary needs

Tell us about any allergy. The assistant passes allergy questions to our staff; don't rely on the assistant alone for allergy or ingredient information.

Fair use

Use the assistant to order from us and to ask about our food and service. Don't send abusive or unlawful content, or try to make the assistant do something else.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp's own terms of service apply to your use of WhatsApp.

Liability

We provide the assistant as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Florida law governs these terms.
