Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time:

• Send us a WhatsApp message saying "Please delete my data".
• Call us at +1 954-910-5193.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the same phone number. We'll delete your data within 30 days and tell you when it's done.

What we delete

• Your name and phone number on your past orders. They're replaced with "deleted"; the items and totals stay as anonymous sales records for our accounts.
• Your chat with the assistant on our server, and your chat in our WhatsApp Business app.
• Your name and phone number in our point-of-sale system (Clover).

Copies in our database backups are gone within 14 days. OpenAI deletes the conversation data it holds on its own schedule (see the privacy policy); we can't delete it sooner.
